Ripped off

Went to co-op today to pay off balance of holiday with credit card. Told me 2 half % charge, told her thought the law had been changed but she looked at me as I was mad....am I.

If it costs them "2 half %" to process the transaction then it's not a rip off.

If it costs them more than "2 half %" better keep quiet!

If it costs them less than "2 half %" then they're not complying with the changes.

So, how much does it cost them to process their credit card transactions? No rush...just get back when you've found out.

Why were you trying to tell her about the law when you don't fully understand it yourself?

You dont seem to have a problem paying for the holiday , which will of course include all the administration costs of airline hotel etc .whats the difference in paying the extra administration costs the travel company has to pay when you choose to pay by credit card?
