oh, no... I did the same: put the cvv number then says number only for c/c... so i just clicked on continue, then shows the message about not having insurance blah blah, hit ok and then it's processed!
EDIT: OK, glad it worked0 -
If I were to book 4 tickets and then one of my housemates couldn't come could he just not turn up or would we have to pay a fee?0
-
I shouldn't think so, but if you want to be absolutely sure, you could book theirs separately, it shouldn't impact the price and they don't charge people for not turning up at all...0

Thanks op - just booked a day trip to Dublin from Manchester for £2.84 for 2 people - what a bargain!!!0

I've just booked (or tried to book!) flights for my mum and dad. When I clicked on the purchase button it took ages to do anything and then came up with a page saying:
"RUNTIME ERROR CONDITION
Can't call method "_dehydrate" on an undefined value at/inet/bookryanair/skylights/lib/Component/Fares.pm line 1819. "
What on earth does that mean? Has it gone through? I'm guessing not but don't want to risk trying again and getting charged twice. I've received no email confirmation but then I don't always get one immediately. I'm not particularly happy about calling their call centres as they are REALLY expensive to call.0 -
No idea I'm afraid, that's a really vague error.
I think your only choice is to wait to see if you get the confirmation, or calling one of their expensive numbers (0871 at 10p/min. There's also an Ireland number, +353 12497700, for customer services. You could use 1899 to cut the price, or one of the other techniques here in Martin's article on the topic). There's a pretty good chance it hasn't worked, but you ought to check really.0 -

Is it just me or is the Ryanair website not even working now?
counterclockwise: 10p/min I can just about handle (unless I'm in a "BSkyB"-style hour queue!) but I think Ryanair want people with internet "issues" to call the £1/min number. I've got some numbers from SAYNOTO0870 but like you say they're all Irish ones and I don't have cheap/free international calls (my parents do, but they have no internet... argh!)0 -

I can't get onto it either...0 -
I don't know for sure, but I thought the internet number was more like a 24 hours number. Probably worth calling the 0871 number and just asking them to confirm some details on your flights - if they can it's booked, if they can't it hasn't...? Just a different approach to asking them whether their website is working properly or not (it doesn't seem to work at all right now)0
