Do you *NEED* to check your bags in?
We are going from Donny to Dublin and will have a bag each. It is quote £10.00 per bag, do we need to do this now or can we check bags in and pay for them at the airport when we check in?
if you definitely have bags to check in, then its a good idea to pay for them now. dont quote me on this, but i think that it will cost you more to check your bags in at the airport.0 -
Just browing on the website.....it seems to get the 1p no taxes you have to chose the reg fare not the webfare as the webfare is with taxes and the reg fare for 0.01p is no tax added.........hope this helps by the way anyone been on holiday to la rochelle and know of any cheap hotels, campsites...thanks juli0

Thanks to the OP (pressed the button as well) got myself a couple of days in Oslo for 10.04 for my birthday in June.
If you are taking bags, then you do have to pay for them. We did the day trip in Feb this year to Dublin and didn't bother with bags, so it was virtually free. I know £10 for a bag seems a bit of an eye gouger but when you look at the overall cost, it's not much.
Anyway, as it's outside the EU, there will be duty free, which is cheap fags and neither the missus or I smoke, so that'll pay for the flight0 -
anyone managing to pay by visa electron?
It won't work for me.0 -
Can't get any flights from Bristol without taxes being added making the price £59.07 out and £45.79 inward !! I am getting paranoid!!!0

betheebee, are you selecting fares listed as Reg Fare (rather than Web Fare) for 1p? I think these are the fares which qualify for no taxes. It'll depend on which dates you are travelling, and remember that the only route which qualifies from Bristol is Bristol-Dublin.
Hope that helps...0 -
