In addition to saying what style(s) of music you play you have to tick a box to say whether you want to win the guitar or bass, but when I tried to submit I got an error message saying the bass needed to be ticked so I ticked that as well and it went through with both selected. From the comments on their fb page looks like there are a few gremlins with the tick boxes
