UV discs

hi allI wonder if you can help, I bought a blue ray dvd yesterday with a UV disc. I thought my pc's dvd player was blueray compatible but you know what thought did.

Anyway never mind I thought I have this UV disc with a code and as I am stuck with the thing I will see if the code works. Made a UV account and tried to redeem the code several times but kept getting invalid code error.

so do you need to be able to view the film content before you input the code. The code is time dated, and I would have thought that you can redeem the code for future use regardless of viewing capability.

You don't need to view the movie before redeeming a UV code.

Best bet is to make sure you enter the code exactly.
If you are still getting an error their should be to contact support (their should be a link on the redemption page somewhere)

Tried to return the thing this morning on the basis the code doesn't work. I had tried the code both on flixter and on sony. They will only exchange for an identical product because of copyright law. Still I have a new code and I am hopeful that one day I may be able to view the hobbit.
