The Cheap Energy Club
Options
I joined the Cheap Energy Club and after the comparisons switched to the cooperative energy. Today i have had an email from Cooperative Energy informing me there will be a price increase from 9th May which will affect me. Going back on the Cheap Energy Club it tells me "Hurrah! You can save £164 a year by switching to the top dual fuel deal" will this be based on prices as there are with my current supplier? or will it be taking into consideration the price rises coming into force on 9th May?
Thanks in advance

If you can save £164, then switch.
The CEC will reflect the higher prices that have been announced today to existing customers effective 9th May, but applied to new customers signing up from 12 Feb.
(If it doesn't reflect this in your existing tariff, then you'll save even more!)0
