Sky 50% code from MSE not recognised by Sky

As per MSE weekly email of 20 March 2013, I applied for the 50% discount code for Sky and with the code, ordered Sky TV, Broadband and Talk on Sky.com.
I am having problems with the installation of the Phone and Broadband but the TV was installed last Saturday by lovedigital, so now I am locked into the 12 months contract by default.
Since I only got Sky to benefit from the MSE 50% discount code and I only really wanted the broadband and phone, not the TV, I am very upset to report to MSE that Sky is not honouring the discount code and now I am stuck with Sky.
Sky are not aware of the MSE code/offer and will not recognised it. It is not showing on the account.
What should I do? Can MSE contact Sky about this?
