Arranging Royal Mail ReDelivery Online Anyone ever managed to get this to work??

As per title. Tried this a few times a couple of years ago and it never worked - no record on their system etc when I complained.
Trying it again today as my sorting office seems to have disconnected their phone.
So has anyone had any successful redeliveries recently?

Looks like it should be OK then. (Think they might have been trialing the service or something when I last used it).
Custardy is "000s" a secret dialing code for infiltrating sorting offices? ;+)

I always use it, never had a problem yet.

Goes through but doesn't always get the items delivered. Hit and miss.
