Santander 123 account Cashback Dates?

At what date in the month do Santander pay the direct debit cashbacks? In my first month they paid one cashback on 28/3, 6 days after the DD went out. A second DD went out on 28/3 and cashback has not yet been paid. My monthly date for crediting of interest and monthly fee payment is the 29th, so can I assume that I'll get that second cashback on 28/4 or 29/4?
In other words, everything is reconciled on a monthly cycle only?

Cash-back is paid on the last day of your statement cycle. As you were paid on the 28th, your cycle will run from 29th to 28th of the following month.

Obviously as your cash-back has to be compiled at least one day in advance, the cash-back for a DD on the 28th will not be included in the payment received on the 28th. It should be included in next month's cash-back.

Every month usually the day before your monthly statement. mine usually runs from 11th to the 10th of the month. My cashback is usually paid on the 9th of the month and my statement is produced on the 11th of the month.
