Nationwide FlexAccount & FlexDirect Cards

Hello,
The Mrs have a FlexAccount with nationwide which provides a Debit Card which is like the old Visa Electrons and is only accepted in certain places.
Thinking about upgrading her to the FlexDirect but does anyone know if this provides a typical Debit Card?

FlexDirect Visa debit cards can be used in all shops and at all ATM's0

If you only have a Cash Card + debit card with NW you may not be eligible for an upgrade. Check via your online banking.I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0
