Furnishings

Good morning everyone
My partner and I are moving into our second rented home together in a couple of months. It's much nicer and bigger than our current property but the same price, very exciting!
Anyway, the furnishing is currently 'undecided' which is fine with us as we have a part furnished flat at the mo. They have an electric faux fire, do you think this counts as furniture and they may take it with them? I know It's a bit of a weird question but I don't know how they are fixed on!
Thanks

That's a fixture and the landlord could decide either way. The only way to actually know what they are going to take and what they are leaving is to ask them. And get their answer in writing, so you can make plans to replace if necessary.
Is this electric fire the only source of heat?0 -
Might be worth letting them know if you'd really like to keep it - they might be undecided over whether to take it or not and your contact swings them in your favour!0

Ok, that's fair enough! We are still going through the 'vetting' process at the mo. No, there's central heating, it's just pretty!vicshippers wrote: »Might be worth letting them know if you'd really like to keep it - they might be undecided over whether to take it or not and your contact swings them in your favour!
