sorry when i say not mine. mint was my account opened from 2002. i really dont hink i used it past 2007/08. and there was maybe a small amoun ton it that i thought she put onto the IVA shes now stopped paying. im told as part of iva therefore the 6 year rule wont apply for statue barred. im screwed. surely mint should be able to provide me with signatures receipts wotever. theyve ignored my request now westcott are dealing with it wot do i do

For the mint one, use Fermi's link getting information about your credit agreement. That's the CCA request.

Westcott, they should get the info as they are handling the account.

ok will do thanks for all the help and advice. i am going to go onto your links and get the letters printed off. for the mint one i know about i found an old statement over the weekend at the old house as rest have been hid from me. its 2008 and its got 2k on it which was to be tranferred to iva so dont know how this is risen to 8k. i use the first link for this one.
and the mbna i dont know about the 2nd link ?
i found an old staement back to 2005 for a virgin credit card so unless its been tranferred to mbna?
going to print them off now and post tomorrow .

If I remember correctly, then a lot (or all) of the Virgin credit cards were actually issued by MBNA?
