Just been asked for an sku number - what is it? (Durrr....)

I may be being thick here, but I have just been asked by a seller to send a photo of the wrong item sent (wrong colour sent, black not beige), along with its 'sku number'.

What is this? Is it just the ebay reference number?

Ahhh - great, thank you.

I'd assumed it was an ebay thingy, so didn't think to Google it - doh!

Luckily I kept all the packaging, as the sku is stuck on there on a label. I'm now off to photograph it and send to the seller.
