Mine came in a portmeirion sealed box...then the usual oversized amazon box. I would e-mail them and ask why you only received one when I got 4.

Not something I need, but it looks as though the cups & saucers are packs of 4, too (weight is over 2kg).
Not as cheap at £15, but still cheaper than usual.

My 4 plates arrived today :Tand I succumbed and re-ordered the mug(s)
....and I got ONE MUG:rotfl:and now I feel just like the aforementioned article...a mug...happy with the plates though. I think if I had kept my original mug order they would have been 4.

The cups and saucers look very pretty, but I think mugs are more useful for us as we like a big cuppa!0
