I've just had the email to say my plates will be delivered earlier than previously advised too. However when you click on the link for the plates it no longer says '4', just 'plates'. However as the price is now £53.49 I am really hoping it will be the 4 and not just 1.

I was one of the unlucky ones who only received a single mug last week instead of the 4 and I didn't have any luck trying to argue my case with Amazon.

That's true. The man has just said he will send out a set of four for tomorrow's delivery with the P&P waived. I can't see it happening somehow, but i'll wait and see if they actually do arrive or even one more cup would be a bonus!

As promised four mugs arrived this morning. I'd even been emailed an exact time for delivery, though i didn't pick this up til afterwards. They are packaged in an Amazon box and then a Portmeirion one inside. I instantly knew that they had fulfilled the order this time, as the parcel was much heavier. So I've now got five mugs :T. So a spare incase i break one, as i'm a clutz :rotfl:

    Fingers crossed for the plates.

Well just got my plates, the good news is it is a set of four, the bad news is they are all smashed as packed poorly :(
