7. All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win the following prize: 1 x stay for 2 people for 7-nights to the 4-star Tigh Bhisa Blackhouse Cottage, Lewis. Stay is on a self-catering basis, and is based on 2 people sharing a cottage. Prize also includes; 1 x 2.5 hour surf lesson for 2 with Surf Lewis; 1 x half day (4 hour) guided tour with Dave's Hebridean Archaeological Tours; return ferry travel for 2 people plus one car from Ullapool to Stornoway with Caledonian MacBrayne.
8. The prize also includes £100 spending money.
9. Prize break must be taken in full before 01.11.13.
10. Accommodation is available from Saturday to Saturday, and is not available over Easter, July or August.
11. The prize does not include any travel insurance, any other meals or related living expenses. All travel and accommodation are at winner’s and travel companion’s risk. Taxes, fuel surcharges, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades or any other expenses not specifically listed herein are the responsibility of the winner.
12. Winner and travel companion(s) must travel on the same itinerary. Travel companions must be of the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence unless winner is travel companion’s parent or legal guardian. Promoter is not liable for delays, cancellations or unforeseen events related to travel. Winner and travel companions will be solely responsible for obtaining valid identification and compliance with all travel and health requirements relating to acceptance and use of the prize package and must have no impediment to entering Scotland. Promoter will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates.
13. All elements of prize package are non-transferrable, are subject to date availability, subject to change and are subject to all prizefund provider standard operator terms and conditions, which can be found by contacting each prize provider as detailed above in point 7.
14. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
