Daft ebay question (sellers please look!)

Once a sale is complete, can an ebay seller change the description?

Reason I ask is that I'm going to open a dispute in the next few days and I don't want the description to get modified to remove the evidence.

Sorry if its a daft question, I'd just prefer to hear some confirmation from experienced / regular sellers.

They can also remove photos depending on how they were hosted.

Always best to take a screen grab.

As people have said if it's a BIN they can make changes, but you'll have access to the version as it was when you bought your item.

I have one right now on my purchase history, when I clicked on the listing there was a link at the top saying 'The listing below has been updated by the seller. You can see the items you purchased from the Purchase history".
If you click it takes you to the purchase history of that item, it shows your purchases and you can click on 'purchased items', and you'll see the original version.

A bit of a roundabout way of getting there, but you have a permanent record.

PS I checked the photos, they are still hosted in the original location, so they could probably be changed.
