Has anyone come accross National Home Buyers ????
They offer to buy your property for cash within 7 days of having a valuation done. Cost of valuation up front - approx £300. Fee refunded if offer accepted. Valuation done by local Agent.
Would appreciate any info.

see the thread already going on this  type of company, the local valuation is usally a death price val/ ie what is given to people who must sell quickly ie same as developers Part Exchange offers, the reason being that they need to resell your property quickly.
If you need a quick sale at a fair price go for it.
dont expect a top price its just not possible.

why have you posted here? as far as I am aware no bad items about this company have been posted anywhere, i expect the other regulars will correct me if im wrong.
