DSR's - how is this seller getting away with it?

Everyone worries about the dreaded DSR's on eBay, so why is this seller getting away with these shockers? :eek:

I suspect they are restricted already and due to be permanemtly restricted at the next review. Ebay will protect sellers against a couple of rogue buyers, so it will need a raft of poor stars to get banned completely, they have to go through all the restrictions first.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
