    I do writing only as I Cant be bothered talking to idiots.

    Wouldn't bother wasting time writing to any scumbag DCA as all you do is enter yourself into letter ping pong for a few months.

    Ignorance is best :)

    I called the 'case handler' today and told him I didnt want face to face contact in relation to my account he said ok I will take your case off my file and you can deal with the call centre from now on as you have been.

    I'm to call them tomorrow and arrange my next three months installments as usual. Result!
