Eurocard Corporate Gold card - scam?

Okay, I'm just come home from work to find two letters from Eurocard. One looks like a payslip (tear of three side to open it) with a PIN and another similar larger one with a Customer ID number.
Now to my recollection I haven't applied for one so !!!!!!? Has anyone else received anything like this? I found this site below and the contact details/numbers match up with this site but I'm still puzzled why I've recived them .. BTW, no actual card as of yet.

However, I guess its a remote possibility it could be a replacment work credit card. We have been advised recently that they are giving us new cards as we have changed company name, etc but in the past the cards and any statements have always gone to my work not home. I can ask tomorrow, but meanwhile I'm stressing that perhaps someone has fraudulently taken out a card in my name?

Definitly sounds more like a work replacement based on fact its only open to corporate customers
