Parking Eye Letter before action

After 5 letters have now received
next letter from Parking Eye Enforcement Team from Chorley.

"unless payment (£100( is made within the next 7 days further action will be taken and court proceedings will be issued"

I have ignored all letters up to now

We notice from our records that the previous two Parking charge notices we sent you,which refer to the breach of terms and conditions for parking at ********* have not been paid, if this letter is ignord, we will have no option other than to instruct our debt collection agency, to secure immediate payment, commencing court proceedings, through our solicitors, if required & so & so on that was in june 2011 not a thing so far !!!

Yep but things have changed a little now since October 2012 (POPLA).

However, the OP should still ignore everything except sealed Court papers from Northampton (very, very rare). Only a tiny % get a very rare small claim attempted - and it can be defended with help from pepipoo which would probably get the stupid attempt withdrawn without a hearing.

We think PE are just on a fishing mission at the moment to try to hook some ignorers into paying because they are scared, or replying badly in thieir panic, or even ignoring a small claim so they can get a default judgment or two to put on their website.

As long as you don't panic, just go to pepipoo or here if you get real, sealed small claim papers then you will be fine, like everyone else. NEVER pay one of these fake PCNs and don't lose any sleep over this scam.

Oh...I wonder what on earth that is seeing as that law is almost a year old and was cited in the letters you ignored. You could have Googled it at the time, or now, or looked at threads here about it:
