PPI offer but IVA has just started..will i see a penny now?

My OH has started an IVA in Jan of this year. She has just had an offer to pay back ppi which would go into the account of one of the banks she still owes money too.
I know that she should have applied for ppi before starting iva and technically she did only the admin for the iva was quicker than the PPI.
Is there any way she could hold on to the PPI claim now or will it be swallowed up by the bank?
Thanks

If you had complained earlier, the Bank would still have off set if you were in arrears or defaulting.0 -
She may receive the interest back from the ppi. You will just have to wait and see.0
