I bought a TV recently at Richer Sounds - http://www.richersounds.com/ - they are competitive but I'm not really a telly technophile. There is probably a geek forum on best buys and specs but I'm in the "ooohhh...that looks nice" category of purchaser!0

Me too! :rotfl: As long as it works, I don't care.Life is a gift... and I intend to make the most of mine :A

I phoned in sick. I had stomach pains during the night, and just couldn't face going to work after another bad sleep. The relief is overwhelming. I don't have to pretend to be fine at work today. I can have a break.
I don't usually advocate sickness absence, I'm more of a 'get on with it' type of girl, however don't be afraid to talk to the dr about taking time off work - even if just this week to rest and get your strength up for the weekend.
Take care

Thanks so much. I do feel bad about being off work, but I am not sure how much longer I could have kept on a brave face.Life is a gift... and I intend to make the most of mine :A

Tray forth, you are holding it together admirably.
I don't want to rain on the parade (again) but I would like to suggest before the wedding at the weekend you pop out and stock up easy cook nutritious food.
It's quite likely after the wedding you might have a sense of anticlimax, the crescendo of emotion having peaked, and the short term goal date achieved.
Aware you have said you are not eating or sleeping well I am concerned that you have the right fuel to cope should there be an emotional 'droop'.
If not, and I hope there isn't , you still have good healthy yummy food in.
A nice bath product or two wouldn't go amiss, some room fragrance for the bedroom....just stuff to make you feel 'nutured'0 -
I agree. Don't underestimate the effects of the stress on your emotional and physical health - not just over the past week, but in the months leading up to the split.I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0

Thank you both. Lovely suggestions. I will do that, could come in handy next week.
I'm hoping to do a bit of cleaning before the weekend. The housework has been so neglected, and I'd like to come back to a clean, tidy, welcoming home.
I don't want to tell my mum straight after the wedding. I'll have to wait another week or two. But the hardest part will be over.Life is a gift... and I intend to make the most of mine :A
