Landlord's Gas Maintenance Contract

Hi

I rent my home out and was wondering if anyone could advise on a decent alternative to British Gas for boiler maintenance & annual gas safety check please as I think BG are pretty pricey at almost £300/yr.

    Try your local gas safe installers a lot of them offer contract too

    When I rented my house out I used a local company.
    Service and a cert usually came to £100 a year

    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
