Bit of an update for you all,
1. You must supply me with a true copy of the alleged agreement you refer to. This is my right under your obligation to supply a copy of the agreement under the legislation contained within s.78 (1) Consumer Credit Act 1974 (s.77 (1) for fixed sum credit) - your obligation also extends to providing a statement of account. I enclose £1 payment of the statutory fee,
sent of the letter that I spoke to you about, I believe the timeframe for a response is 12 working days? well today is the 12th day!
what do I do now?
The calls have stopped but they have not been replaced by letters or anyother form of communication, so now i do not know the status of my account!
ho-hum
whats the next step, i would really like to make as much of a nusance as possible!
I think i asked before, but can i charge them for writing letters to them and general admin opening/reading/writing letters etc, as they charge me for calls, letters and admin
