    Have a look on the avforums - they usually have threads dedicated to certain tvs with optimal settings.

    Unless everyone is in the same room as you, have the same quality of eye sight then it is impossible to say what the best settings will be for you.

    It is something you are just going to have to mess around with until you get the best setting that suits you.

    How about add these words 'just have a go with the settings and see what is best for you'.

    You see optimal for you is one thing, but for someone else it will be totally different.
