Does that not depend on how the order was configured? If the invoice talks about one lot of goods then ALL can be returned if ANY is faulty. If each item is defined separately then yes, there could be returns costs for the non-faulty items.

Which is why I said "may" as opposed to "will".
  • Slowhand - bought in store with credit card. Hope your friend is ok.

I've just checked and the order is for 4 things plus a free mirror. Three of the things are damaged so it may only be £50. The dresser is in 2 parts (one part damaged) and the table and 6 chairs are listed together (undamaged).

It's Oak Furniture Land (loads of bad reveiws on here!).

You bought goods face to face that were not damaged...that is what should be delivered. You have the right to reject the damaged goods delivered and not have to accept a repair. The delivered goods are not acceptable so you are entitled to a full refund + not having to pay return costs. You paid by cc get the cc company involved if Oak Furniture World don't play ball...they are jointly liable
  • Yeah, but I doubt my boyfriend is going to agree to return them. And I'm not sure I want to either. I just want a new shelf, new door and new wrist rest!
