TOUCH COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Triton Touch competition is only open toresidents of the United Kingdom aged over 18 years, excluding employees ofTriton, agents of Triton and any third party professionally involved in theoperation of this promotion. Winners must have an UK address and prizes willonly be delivered to an UK postal address.

2. AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, eachentrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rulesand the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding in all mattersrelated to the Promotion.

3. HOW TO ENTER: Between 08/01/2013 and 02/05/2013 at 23.59you can enter the Triton Showers TOUCH Competition by submitting the correctanswer to the question. To participate, you must submit your details. At theend of the week all correct answers shall be counted and 10 participant namesshall be drawn. Each participant is only allowed to submit their answer foreach week once. If you are unsuccessful you are able to enter to competition againin the following weeks.

4. The moderators of Triton Showers TOUCH Competition willrequire an email address per applicant upon entry, which is their Facebookemail ID. The applicant must accept this when uploading the app. If theydecline their answer will not be accepted.

5. The moderators of the Triton Showers TOUCH Competitionpage reserve the right to delete or disqualify any submission, which does notadhere in their view with these conditions, or any submission / comment, whichis offensive in any way.

6. Proof of entering information does not constitute proofof delivery or receipt of such information. Proof of identity will be requiredof the winner to redeem the prize (as per point 4). The Promoter is notresponsible for lost, late, stolen, damaged, incomplete, invalid,un-intelligible, garbled, delayed or misdirected submissions, all of which willbe void.

WINNER SELECTION AND VERIFICATION:

7. Each week, all participants with the correct answer willbe entered into a draw and 10 people will be randomly selected as the winner.The winner will be notified within 48 hours after the closing day of that week.The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered intoregarding winners.

8. Contact with the winner will be made via email. Thewinner has 7 days to accept their prize. If a winner does not accept within 7days of notification, a new winner will be announced.

9. Winners must agree to participate in any Facebookactivities that may be organised by Triton Showers Ireland in connection withthe competition. Winners will be posted on the Triton Showers page.

10. THE PRIZES: 1 TOUCH white black of either 8.5Kw and9.5kw rating.

11. No person may win more than once during the course ofthe campaign.

12. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned. No cash orother substitution may be made, except by the Promoter, who reserves the rightto substitute the prize in whole or in part with another prize of comparable orgreater value if the intended prize is not available for reasons outside thereasonable control of the Promoter. The prize is non-transferable.

13. Prize winners must accept their prize and submit detailsfor delivery of prizes. Contact will be made via email. Winners have 7 days toaccept their prize. If a winner does not accept within 7 days of notification,a new winner will be announced.

14. Triton Showers reserves the right in its absolutediscretion to disqualify any entrant, to add to or waive any rules withoutprior notice to the entrants or in the event of circumstance beyond the controlof Triton Showers arising which in its opinion makes it desirable to cancel thecompetition at any stage.

15. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triton Showersis excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury, which might occur tothe winner resulting from his or her acceptance of the prize
