Outlook 2007 Out of Office

Morning all
I'm trying to set up my out of office in Outlook 2007 and I'm having issues.
I've gone in through the Tools menu and selected Out of Office Assistant.
I've "blobbed" the radio button for "I am currently out of the office" and, if I don't enter any text, it will accept the changes.
When I put in the text I want to use as the auto-reply, I get an error which says:-
Changes to the rule cannot be saved.
I don't want to apply any rules to any of the messages, I just need an auto-response.
I need to put in some text and I didn't really want to use a template file.
Anyone any ideas?
Is there a character limit on the out of office message?

Think I've solved it.
I've just turned of Cached Mode and it seems to be working.
Now just to wait for emails to start coming though .... :eek::wall: Flagellation, necrophilia and bestiality - Am I flogging a dead horse? :wall:
