    Why not consider NOT buying an annuity instead of lying?

    Other suggestions would be to save harder, work longer? Defer your state pension perhaps.

    He hasnt lied. At this moment, he is considering fraud.

    Always found the smoking debate interesting. I am down as a smoker with my gp and with work in term of life insurance. However I only smoke occasionally, probably no more than ten or fifteen packets a year. So it depends on which side of the fence you are looking at it, or more specifically the detail of the contract you enter into.

    For an Annuity it's 10 a day.
