I'm running a Conference for a Community Interest Company (set up as purely non-rpofit, no personal gain possible) - I believe tha we meet the requirements fo a non-commerical raffle as set out in the Gambling Commission guidance -we plan to run it on site at the Conference & it wil be drawn at the event. Does that seem right?
