£30 ish Free (A&L Customers Only)

Options
Just received an offer from Alliance & Leicester for £50 cashback if you take out Life Insurance via Legal & General. There are T's & C's, like you have to have a Premier Current or Premier Direct Current Account and must meet the terms of it. They will pay you the money with approx. 60 days from policy start.

go to https://www.covermeonline.co.uk, have a play with the quote system to get the month payment as close to the minimum monthly payment (£6) as possible. I got this to £6.02, applied for the cover and have been accepted. Download the cashback claimform (all T's & C's for the offer are on this), once direct debit has been setup and first payment has been taken then send the form in. Once they give me the £50, I will cancel the policy.

Cost: 2 or 3 payments: £12 or £18
Cashback: £50
Free Money: £32, possibly more

I have just signed up for this - when do we send off the form to claim £50

The documents look quite offical and looks like i'm tied in until it ends (i signed up for 7 years) - surely I can cancel the direct debit at any time?!

If the details you filled in are not accurate you are committing insurance fraud.

You are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.
Also remember that with online quotes your actual premium after underwriting may be quite different, I have heard this many times before.
