Wanting refund.

I sold an item of clothing bnwt from a major high street store.
A couple of days after I posted buyer contacted me to ask me to leave feedback and mentioned "fits well". I obliged with the feedback.
Now they have asked for a refund including return postage saying they don't fit and because of this they are somehow faulty because I didn't mention in the listing there wasn't sufficient stretch in the fabric! I asked why they had mailed me earlier and said "fits well" but she said she'd ordered lots of other items at the same time and got confused! Now they have opened a snad and claimed the item to be unusable.
Sounds like she has just changed her mind or simply didn't like the item.
I'm pretty sure that ebay will simply find in her favour but the whole asking for feedback beforehand has made me suspicious.

Atleast the buyer has left feedback so they can't neg you. Unfortunately with ebay feedback means nothing and as they have opened a dispute there is little you can do. Obviously you can copying the message the buyer sent you and put your side . You do not have to give return postage so atleast they have to pay for return postage.0

I'd add a note to that feedback along the lines of 'Sorry the item didn't fit, will refund on return', if she's doing this regularly she's probably trying to ensure feedback doesn't mention it0 -
I checked her recent bidding and found that within a period of days she purchased the same item, same colour from 3 other sellers. My guess is that she intended to try on and then return all the unwanted items except that my listing is the only one that says no returns and when she realised that she claimed them to be snad.0
