use up the last bit left in the tube? I use these regularly and am very frustrated that I can't use it past the fill line. It's a bit like lipstick but you actually can't get the last bits out. i find it (and the poundland one) good for when u have a niggly or foggy headache.

for full scale ones and migraines i dont find them much help personally only dark room, face cloth and strong painkiller works for them for me
