  • i think considering they are a newbie that they have no idea of ebay etiquette
    theyve probably been saving up for something and was anticipating the funds
    paypal arent the best at informing you of when money is/isnt going into your account so they probably didnt realise they'd have to wait

    To be honest, if you've received the item just leave them feedback even if they have asked. You didn't say they were a !!!!!! about asking for feedback and haven't demanded so why are you messing about? You could've done it in the time it took you to post this thread.
