Yellow Line PCN

Hi All
I have just got a PCN from my local council parking wardens. My question is, is it valid?
I was parked on double yellow lines that have recently been put in place, they continue around the corner for a few feet then end. But they do not end with a cross bar, the yellow lines just stop. Also, the colour of my vehicle is stated as Green when in fact it is registered as Blue.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Ray

Your car colour is irrelevant, if they have a wrong reg number for example perhaps then. I would advise posting on pepipoo about this
http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showforum=30When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
