Do I have to pay PCN parking fine on single yellow line?

I parked my car on a single yellow line on Nevada Street in Greenwich on Sunday and received a PCN from Royal Borough of Greenwich. I think that parking on single yellow line on weekends is permitted if there is no sign post saying no.
Do I have to pay this ?

It's a penalty charge notice, don't ignore it! You need to appeal it, https://www.pepipoo.com are the experts on council tickets. They will need to see a scan of both sides of your PCN to help you. Post a new thread on the council forum over there.

We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
