parking ticket

Myself and my partner returned from a few days away at approx 1100am on the above date to find a Blue Citreon BG03 FPD, parked in our allocated parking space, We took all our belongings up to our apartment, then I came down to check, and the car was still parked in our slot, I then went to check the visitors parking area, unfortunately all spaces were taken, I couldnt park anywhere else as I could have been reported for parking in someone else's space. I went to the congiere to report the vehicle, they in turn gave me your company's details, I rang company immediately, and left a voicemail, I came back down roughly 30 minutes later and the car was still parked in my space, and I had been given a parking ticket. I had no alternative but to park my car where it was booked, and feel it would be unfair for me to pay a fine for an incident which really was out of my hands. Fine will be minimum £75.00

Kind Regards

Steve

First things first, you do not put car reg numbers nor your own name and email addy on a public forum, even a throwaway email addy! Forums are a way of getting advice and information, and sharing advice/info, in an anonymous way.

Secondly, I have put some paragraphs in your post to make it readable and can see that you are saying your own car got a 'ticket'.

Yet you haven't said if this is a real Council 'Penalty Charge Notice' (appealable) or a fake Private 'Parking Charge Notice' (appealable or ignorable, never payable!).

So tell us which company issued the fake PCN if it was a private scam one.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
