Dear All
I am looking to appoint a professional managing agent to manage a scheme in South London. Does anyone have any firms they would highly recommend? The key criteria is a high quality level of service and proactive management. I am happy to pay a little extra on the management fee for a credible company that will manage the development properly.
It is likely that the appointment will need to be made through the LVT (under a section 24 notice), so if there is a firm that has a track record of going down this route that would be a great bonus.
