Please help with PCN from council

Hi,
I am trying to appeal a PCN from council that was issues while my car was on double yellows with a no loading restriction outside dominos pizza shop for about 3 minutes. There is no restriction on waiting in this road. I have already sent in an appeal which was rejected but in their reply they have ignored my reason for appeal which is they spelled dominos with an extra 'e' which could mean it relates to a different location.
My Appeal:
I am writing to formally challenge the above Penalty Charge Notice.
On 24/03/2013 my vehicle was issued with a Penalty Charge Notice for the reason of 'Parked or loading/unloading in a restricted street where waiting and loading/unloading restrictions are in force.
In accordance with the Road Traffic Act 1991, my challenge is on the basis that the contravention did not occur.
The Penalty Charge Notice States:
'Location: Ivy Terrace (G)'
'Location Details: O S DOMINOES'
As I was shocked to find the PCN notice on my vehicle I have looked on your website to see the photos, which appear to be missing.
There is no place on Ivy Terrace called 'Dominoes'. According to the yellow pages, the closest places called 'Dominoes' are:
Stone Dominoes Football Club, Spring Bank House, Station Rd, Stoke-On-Trent , ST12 9DE
Dominoes Hair Design, 60a, St. Johns Rd, Huddersfield , HD1 5EZ
Dominoes of Leicester Ltd, 66, High St, Leicester , LE1 5YP
I was not at any of these Locations. At the time the PCN was issued I was at Dominos Pizza, 12a Grove Street, Eastbourne.
For this reason I look forward to receiving notification that the Penalty Charge Notice has been cancelled within 28 days.
Yours sincerely,
In their reply they sent a black & white picture that doesn't clearly show inside the car because of light reflecting on the windscreen
Sorry I cant post images yet but msg me and I could send pictures of the pcn,
Please help is the misspelling a valid reason for appeal or could I say I was sitting in the car waiting and hope the colour picture doesn't show more detail, or is it enough that they say the road has a no waiting restriction when it doesn't, or is there some other reason I could appeal?
thanks

Misspelling a shop name is irrelevant, and the images are the last thing they rely on. I don't how you were saying the controvention didn't occur when you were parked on double yellows, the restriction there is 24/7 normally. I presume you don't have a blue badge ?
You are never going to win your appeal on what you have already as IMO it's all irrelevant. You need the help of people who can look at this to see if there are any other reasons you can use to appeal.
Try https://www.pepipoo.com for this, they will need to see scans/photos of your PCN from the council on both sides, also images from signs or a google streetview link of the area. Host them on https://www.photobucket.com
Once you have those create a new thread in the council section , explain the situation and link the images in the thread, don't forget to doctor the images out of personal information, you can do that with Microsoft paint on a PC
Best of luckWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

You need to add it on the pepipoo thread you create, they will allow links for yourselfWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

Sorry to say you have absolutely no chance with that appeal. I post as SchoolRunMum on pepipoo, have you posted over there for help yet?

But please have a think before showing them that appeal wording as they'll laugh...sorry...:o
Also what do you think DOUBLE YELLOWS WITH A LOADING RESTRICTION mean? Double yellows alone mean NO WAITING (no sign needed) but your lines are even more restrictive.
Look them up, you can never stop there. Double yellows, yes, for loading/unlaoding, but never double yellows with a loading restriction (kerb blips) as well!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
