Hello Fresh, awful CS

There's an O2 Priority Moments code for £20 off any Hello Fresh meal box. I ordered the small box online and then changed it straight away for the medium box. This showed in my account but the discount code disappeared. I messaged them to ask about the code and was initially told the discount only applied to the small box. I sent them the T&Cs and they corrected themselves but them said I couldn't have the bigger box anyway as orders couldn't be amended online - strangely this is a clear option on the website and the changes showed in my account!

I can only think the don't want me to have the bigger box for some weird unknown reason, it's more expensive after all! The emails have been a nightmare to understand - the grammar and punctuation are awful and I'm not sure the CS lady dealing with the problem even understood what I was getting at, I certainly got confused as the emails were so badly written.

I don't know what the food itself is like but the whole experience has been so frustrating, there's no way I'll order from them again.
