Paypal charges for receiving money from bookmaker?

I'd like to withdraw funds from my account at Betfred and only have 2 options:
- have the funds added to my credit card balance
- have them sent to my Paypal account.
My preference would be Paypal, but I wanted to know whether Paypal would charge a fee for handling a money transfer from Betfed to my account. Does anyone know?
