Starting personal training business

Some people suit employment, others self employment, you have to find trainers in the first category so they're not just competition! Best way to keep them that way is to keep them busy, ie around 40 hours a week between travel, training, etc., and pay them a full time wage. If they are freelance one day a week, they may as well be freelance fully by the time they do the paperwork, so why work for you!?
Gold coins - m'kay, you do know the company buying coins means they aren't yours? If you wanted them, you'd need to take cash out of the company (and pay the tax), then buy them yourself.0
