has anybody claimed from a shopping catalogue

has anybody claimed from a shopping catalogue. I have just found out
they had insurance with them. what can I claim for

    You can complain, not claim.
    They weren't regulated pre 2005 so they can dsimiss your complaint if they want to.
    You follow the normal steps, of either phone and complain, or fill out a questionnaire.

    Hi sapman, what shopping catalogue are you claiming from, have you got PPI, " Extra Care Advantage ", I have had success from Littlewoods, Kays, Simply Be and Very, wrote to them who first rejected, wrote to FOS who advised that initially could not deal with directly with them as not regulated, however would forward my complaint to Genworth Financial, took some time but Genworth settled in full all complaints raised. Took about 9 months to resolve.

    I have got definately insurance for fashion world and choice as i have seen it on statements but do you know if i would have I been signed up automatically for next, simply be, shopping direct (littlewoods), additions, great universal, freemans my wife was very into her catalogues thanks for replying.

    fashion world are saying you can't claim if more than 6 years have passed choice have sent a form to fill out is this true about time limits.

    No. You can complain no matter how much time has passed, but they weren't regulated prior to January 2005 so can dismiss your complaint.
