Stupid Royal Mail AGAIN

So I've set up a redirection from my old address to my new address, paid £30 for the privilege and what do royal mail do? Mess it up. Not deliver the service properly. some mail has been received at my new address however the rest is still being sent to the old address.

Waste of my hard earned money, as they have not provided the service,
Can I asked for a refund?

You are lucky some are getting through. When we moved here our local Post Office refused to set up redirection because we did not yet have what the sub-postmaster demanded as "proof" that we had bought the house concerned. It took two weeks to persuade him.

You can ask, but I doubt you will get anything other than a few stamps and an 'apology' written in illiterate English.

That just sums up royal mail, IMO. I've paid for a service and they can't even get it right.

Have you put down ALL names to be redirected?

and also including any business style names, eg you're Mr J Smith,999 high street, but you have mail in the name of John's mobile repairs, 999 high street for example.

check with Royal Mail to make sure ALL names to be re-directed are on their list.

This happened to me with redirection and keep safe, got a full refund both times.
No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!
