Yes: I used their US site (because I wanted to pay in dollars) and it was fine.
Be aware that once you have found a good deal on their site, it may be offered on the airline's own site at the same price, while with Expedia there may be a booking fee on top. And of course if anything goes wrong and you need to make changes, you will face rules and fees from Expedia as well as from the airline.0 -

I've used them dozens of times for both packages and hotels and never really had a problem.

I've used Expedia a lot and never had a problem but got some real bargains on Paris, Berlin and Rome hotels - with flights.0
