in Credit cards
will be off on hols soon and wondered if it's worthwhile paying money into my Post Office CC, so it's in credit, so I can use it to make Euro cash withdrawals from ATMs as interest is charged immediately on cash withdrawals ?

You will get charged an advance fee and may not be covered under the consumer credit act - so why not use a debit card, the charge will be about the same.0

I know it is a bit late, but for foreign travel it is cheapest to set up a Nationwide Flex account and get a debit ( for cash) and credit card from them as they dont charge for currency conversions. That would solve having to use a credit card for cash which is not the cheapest way even tho the Post office dont charge for the curreny exchange they will charge for cash.
