Hi, I have been approached by a solicitor company regarding CPP misselling. They have rquested I complete and sign the forms sent, and they would require 25% of any compensation.
Should we not be approached by CPP themselves, and not a third party regarding missold claims.

This isn't a new thing - solicitors take advantage by taking a share of the compensation people could quite easily get by making a claim on their own.
It's free money for them basically. What will your verse be?
