Help Needed - Lloyds TSB Shares

Hi, Can someone give me a pointer on some shares advice.
My dad passed away in August last year and we have found a share certificate for Llyods TSB for 1264 shares. I have all the paperwork such a death certificate, grant of representation etc but not sure who I turn to. I would assume I arrange to transfer the shares to my mom so need some help working this procedure out. I've had a quick look around the Lloyds TSB site but it's not really geared up to help with shares and bereavement procedures. Any advise welcome.

I am sure somebody more knowledgable can help you with more detail tomorrow but I think you need to contact the registrars to arrange the transfer.

Equiniti have a bereavement helpline on 0871 384 2030 probably better than the general tel number.
They also have a web page headed "Manage an Estate" (under shareholder services) which explains the steps. Sorry but as a newbie I cannot add a link.0 -
